| Before calling for service: |
- Check for power. Does the dishwasher indicator light come on? Is there any sound coming from the unit? If there is no sound and the indicator light doesn't come on, check the power source.
- Rotate the wash-arms, ensure they are unobstructed and turning freely.
- To improve your dishwasher's performance, run your hot water line in the sink next to the dishwasher until the water gets hot.
- Make sure your dishwasher detergent isn't old or expired.

| Tips for better dishwashing… |
- Do not overload the dishwasher. Water from the arms must reach all of the dishes
- Filling the detergent cup halfway is usually enough for a good cleaning job
- If you get white film on glass dishes, increase detergent amount or choose a detergent with a higher phosphate content
- Every six months, you should run your dishwasher through a rinse cycle with just a cup of bleach. This will remove any residue buildup. Residue can cause multiple problems with your dishwasher
